¡Viva Health! Workshop Series is a seven-week workshop series designed to help you eat better, live healthier and live longer. Through better nutrition and increased physical activity, you can prevent or delay many chronic diseases. Also, those who have chronic diseases can better manage their symptoms through applying what they learn from these helpful sessions.
The seven sessions provide a space to connect with others who are pursuing better health and a place to receive support for your health journey. Each session is once a week for 1 ½ hours. Those who complete the series are eligible to receive a $20 HEB Gift Card and many other incentives are given during the workshop.
All Bexar county residents and adults interested in learning more about how to better their health and prevent chronic disease are welcome to attend.
